GABRIEL'S LATEST VENUE

A stalwart of Sydney's hospitality scene, Gabriel most recently championed the hospitality arm of Kensington Street Chippendale, orchestrating 20+ iconic venues in the heart of Sydney. An alumni of the renowned Trippas White Group — behind Australia's most prestigious destinations like Sydney Tower Dining and the Opera House — Gabriel carved a niche, launching venues in Sydney's Double Bay and steering prominent beverage projects throughout NSW. His tenure at Sydney Tower paved his way to the QVB, where he masterminded the grand ESQ re-opening for TWG, subsequently reigning over the entire precinct.
 

Gabriel has worked with multi-national companies who have tasked him with scaling their business in Australia and New Zealand, successfully procuring and negotiating contracts on a grand scale to achieve the scale necessary for high-level traction.

With a commercial background in trades, hospitality, legal services, and sales - whatever your goal, Gabriel can help steer you in the direction you need to go.
