Revolutionising Sydney's hospitality scene, Gabriel, the esteemed Director of Celshi, now champions Kensington Street Chippendale, orchestrating 19+ iconic venues in the heart of Sydney. An alumni of the renowned Trippas White Group — behind Australia's most prestigious destinations like Sydney Tower Dining and the Opera House — Gabriel carved a niche, launching venues in Sydney's Double Bay and steering prominent beverage projects throughout NSW. His illustrious tenure at Sydney Tower paved his way to the QVB, where he masterminded the grand ESQ re-opening for TWG, subsequently reigning over the entire precinct.
A visionary, Gabriel seamlessly melds innovative concepts with traditional frameworks, spurring dormant locales into vibrant hubs. Central to his previous exploits are a brigade of culinary and beverage maestros, including Michelin-trained chefs and globally-recognised sommeliers, talents of which were sourced and cultivated for the benefit of each project. Gabriel doesn't just shape venues; he crafts experiences.
